- a drink with the highest consumption per capita in the world in the Nordic region.

The coffee is prepared using a patented roasting method making the coffee less acidic (pH 5,2-5,6 versus 4,3 for most coffees) and stomach friendly with less acidosis often connected with coffee. The taste is also more clean and pure.It's a dark roasted rich coffee with nutty notes and a delightful earthy aroma. Great for making both espresso with for instance "nut milk" for a funky latte or as a strongly brewed coffee.

Infused with instant wild double extracted Chaga - a medicinal mushroom know for centuries - to balance coffee's impact on our bodies. Chaga is a strong antioxidant and is known to boost the immune system. For a natural kick of energy and power.

The coffee is best served freshly roasted and should be preserved in a cool and dry place.

The coffee is prepared using a patented roasting method combined with more alkaline instant REISHI extract, making the coffee more stomach friendly with also less acid reflux often connected with coffee. The taste is also
more clean and pure.

Grown in the coffee district of San Juan del Rio Coco, this outstanding Nicaraguan coffee bean features a harvest of sweet citrus, ripe pear, and honey flavors. Balanced and medium-bodied with floral aroma, and a chocolate-toned finish, the Nicaragua Rio Coco is SHG (Strictly High Grown) delivers a stylish cup. What's more, ninety-five percent of Nicaragua's coffee is considered "shade grown," thus reducing the need for pesticides. Native trees and farmers' management practices sustain an ecosystem that promotes biodiversity, as well as soil and water conservation. We've chosen to roast the coffee as a medium roast which works well with the rich reishi extract. Available as espresso ground, filter ground or whole bean coffee.
